Georgia has been ranked the eighth among popular destinations for 2014 by the largest Polish web portal: podroze.onet.pl

A popular Turkish magazine Tempo Travel published a ten-page article about Batumi on January 1st, 2014. The article features interesting information and photos of Batumi.

Georgia has been ranked in the top five countries to visit in 2014 by leading and the most popular British tourist guide “Rough Guide”. Topping the list was Ethiopia, followed by Madagascar, Brazil then Turkey.

In the frames of the project "The season of unparalleled discounts in Ajara" hotels offer from 30% up to 50% discount from December 27 till the end of February. Besides hotels, the visitors are offered discounts at different tourist attractions, as well as free attendance at concerts and cultural activities.

Today, on December 11 free training courses for representatives of service sphere have started. Training courses are conducted by the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara and will last to December 18.
