An online version of a newspaper “Hurriyet” has published an article about Ajara-Batumi on a main page in the frames of an advertising campaign realized by the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara in Turkey.
On September 19, the vice president of the international eco tourism society Masaru Takayama held a presentation at the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara. Before going to Kenya, where he is attending an Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism conference, Masaru paid a visit to our region to get acquainted with Ajara tourism potential.
From March 2014 the largest in central and east Europe low-cost airline Wizzair will launch new flight connections in direction of Vilnius and Lviv from David the Builder Kutaisi International Airport. Flights will be operated twice a week.
