On July 30, Batumi tourism potential featured in Polish female magazine Rewia. The magazine is published on weekly bases with circulation of 482 960. The amount of readers reaches 679 000.

On July 25-26  the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara Autonomous Republic is hosting leading journalists from Belorussia.

IBDIPC (International Business Development and Investment Promotion Center), through EU financed project "Black Sea Network for Sustainable Tourism (BSNST)" is launching Tourist Consumer Survey focusing on Ecotourism in Ajara region.
