In the frames of the memorandum signed between the government of Ajara and Dnepropetrovsk city council from June 4 direct flights are starting from Dnepropetrovsk to Batumi. The mentioned memorandum will be focused on cooperation in a tourism field. Flights will be realized once per week by the Ukrainian airline company "Dniproavia". For the season of 2014 the number of Ukrainian tourists visiting our region is expected to increase. It is noteworthy that the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara is planning to organize a solemn meeting for the first flight. Passengers will be treated by Georgian wine of "Teliani Valley". Moreover, the guest will have chance to attend Georgian folklore show and receive promotional materials from the department as a gift.
