The department of tourism and resorts of Ajara is organizing trainings for service sphere representatives aimed at service quality improvement. This year the trainings are conducted in four directions:
1. November 1-9- training courses for guesthouse owners located in Ajara villages (40 people)
2. November 12-24 – training courses for top management of hotels and guesthouses in Ajara (60 people)
3. November 26-December 10- training courses for top management of restaurants and cafes in Ajara (50 people)
4. December 12-15- training courses for waiters (80 people)
Notably, training courses for top management are designed so that after training courses are finished each participant will be able to share acquired knowledge with personnel under charge and put it in practice. Moreover, each participant is handed special textbooks.
In total, the department of tourism and resorts will organize trainings for approximately 230 people involved in a tourism industry.
