From June 14, two new charters flights will be operated from different Polish cities to Batumi. Due to negotiations held by the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara, one of the biggest Polish tour operators "Rainbow Tours" is launching 2 charter flights from three Polish cities: Warsaw, Poznan and Katowice. As a result of two charter flights that will land at Batumi International Airport on June 14, 360 Polish tourists will visit the region. The flights are scheduled till September 27. It is important to note that in total approximately 5000 Polish tourists are expected in the region just with the above mentioned charter flights organized by "Rainbow Tours". The local tour operator "Wonderland" is providing the service to polish travelers. With similar activities the department promotes stimulation and development of private sector in the region.
