On April 3-5, the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara A. R. is participating in Azerbaijan International Tourism Fair "AITF 2014" taking place in Baku Expo Center together with Georgian National Tourism Administration. About 300 tourist companies from 38 different countries are taking part in the tourism fair.

Azerbaijan is an important tourism market for our region. Besides participation in the fair the department runs a 3-month advertising campaign in Azerbaijan. In addition, familiarization trips are scheduled in April for Azerbaijani tour operators and media representatives.
