From December 2 to December 5 the department of tourism and resorts of Ajara hosts Ukrainian tour operators. They have already visited Batumi Botanical Garden and tourist attractions around the city. Moreover, they will get acquainted with hotel potential in Ajara and meet representatives of local tour operators upon initiative of the tourism department.

In addition, from December 6 to December 9 it is planned to host representatives of popular Ukrainian press (“Otdokhni”, “Natalie”, “Liza”, “Domashni Ochag”, “Vokrug Sveta”, “Karavan Istorii”, “Panorama”, “Dobrie Soveti”, “ Mijnorodni Turizm, “”Turisticheski pres klub”). Up to 15 journalists will get acquainted with region tourism potential to promote Ajara as a tourist destination.
