February 6-8 The department of tourism and resorts of Ajara takes part in an international tourism fair Balttour 2015. Ajara will be represented at the fair together with Georgian National Tourism Administration.

The aim of the participation is to promote Ajara tourism potential and network with new tour operators and travel agencies interested in Ajara. Notably, Balttour 2015 is considered to be the leading tourism event in Baltic countries.

Statistic data of recent years prove the increase of tourists from Baltic States to whole Georgia including Ajara.
