A cultural entertaining center "Argo" is located on 250 m. above the sea level on Anuria/Pheria Mountain. From here you can enjoy spectacular views on Batumi, black sea littoral and surrounding mountains. The complex incorporates restaurants, cafes, trading points, open halls and roof terraces.

Visitors usually take a cable way to reach Argo complex thus enjoying panoramic views of Batumi and in this way making their journey even more pleasant and exciting. The terrace for entering Argo is located in back part of the building and offers spectacular mountainous views.

Cable way "Argo" has been projected by an Austrian company Doppelmayr. The cable way is 2.586 m. in length with 9 gondolas each with capacity for 8 people. It takes approximately 10 minutes to cover the one way distance. During an hour the cable way serves about 245 people.

The architectural design of an entertaining complex and cable way station has been worked out in London by a company "RTKL".
