GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

A monument "Rotation" is located in front of the house of Justice. It is a work of a famous Georgian sculptor Tamar Kvesitadze. The sculpture represents a rotating human face expressing different emotions. The sculpture is made of metal and glass. The composition also resembles a human body and expresses the idea of irrevocable flow of time.
